Fun Friday

Here's your puzzle for the week.  I picked this one because it reminded me of the path to publication.  Take one step at a time and you'll get there.  As for the puzzle itself, I just know Alex is going to beat me, but I'll post my time anyway.  4:09.  How did you do?
